Following the recent purchase of this property, the customer undertook a full refurbishment and sought the most efficient and future-proof heating solution available.

As part of the upgrade, we removed the existing boiler and hot water cylinder to make way for a modern, energy-efficient system.

We installed a Vaillant aroTHERM air source heat pump (10kW) alongside a new hot water cylinder. This system was carefully selected to complement the underfloor heating being installed throughout the property, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.

The result is a highly efficient, low-carbon heating system that delivers excellent comfort levels while helping to reduce energy costs and environmental impact.
