Why and how does Worcester/Bosch Group offer accreditation to installers?
Worcester wants to provide homeowners with peace of mind when they are upgrading their home heating system and only invite heating engineers who are deemed reputable, quality-conscious and represent value for money. Worcester Accredited Installers must have relevant Gas Safe, OFTEC and MCS approval.
Worcester checks the installers’ Gas Safe, OFTEC and/or MCS accreditation on a regular basis. However, we always recommend that homeowners verify a heating company’s membership status with the awarding bodies directly via their relevant websites.
We are Gas Safe registered
Gas Safe Register is the official gas safety organisation in Great Britain.
It replaced CORGI on 1st April 2009. Gas Safe Register is responsible for the registration and regulation of gas engineers. Membership is mandatory for any company or engineer working with gas appliances.
